Fraser MacIver's 'Potted' Biography-
 Grant
Fraser was born in French Canada's Montreal, Quebec in August 1960 - the fourth
of six children. He received the majority of his formal education there,
Calgary, Alberta and the Rhode Island School of Design and has worked as an
Architectural Draughtsman, Interior Muralist and Print Maker.
 Currently
Fraser lives and works in a 'Gypsy Wagon' on the banks of the Crinan Canal in
Crinan, Argyllshire, Scotland. There he enjoys the rich and natural surroundings
of his Scottish heritage and thrives on the challenge of life without
electricity, in-wagon running water and the generally accepted necessities of
21st century life, preferring to cycle or hike whenever possible.
 Fraser
is a member of the Fyne Art Club and delivers classes in life-drawing as
well as more personal one-to-one tuition in various mediums. Much of
his work has been published in note or post-card form and also
graces the nature walk on Scotland's Isle of Islay.
